Shipping policy

We understand that getting your items quickly is important and will make every effort to process all orders within 24 business hours. If your order is placed after 12pm EST it will be processed the following business day. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturdays, Sundays, and major holidays.
All in-stock items will ship within 2 business days from order receipt.  Please note that there may be extended order processing times associated with a special sale item or pre-order special offer item with a post-dated shipping time.  Items in this category will be clearly marked and defined prior to order completion and could ship sooner than their projected ship date.

Orders that include items temporarily out of stock or pre-order specials will be held pending until new inventory is available and can be shipped complete.  Processing times for pre-order special items may vary and will ship according to the time frame specified for that particular item, and could ship sooner.

All items will be shipped via regular ground by one of the following carriers:  US Priority Mail, UPS Ground or Fed Ex Ground.  We reserve the right to choose the carrier that can most efficiently make the delivery to the specified shipping address.  As we charge a flat rate for shipping, the carrier used will not affect the shipping cost.  

Shipping Rates:  Orders with a base total below $50.00 will be charged a standard flat rate of $7.95 per order. For all orders with a base total at or above $50.00, shipping is free.  
Items with "Shipping Included in Price": Some items such as fine art posters and graphic stickers have shipping included in the purchase price and as such may either be shipped separately or included in the same shipment if purchased along with other items in the same order.  The Sea Party reserves the right to ship these items accordingly in a given purchase scenario.

All orders are shipped via standard or regular ground service to locations within the continental United States, Alaska and Hawaii only.  Currently we do not offer expedited or international shipping options.
