Return Policy

We stand behind what we sell 100%. While we hope you're always satisfied with your order, we understand there are occasions where you may want to return items. 

Items within 30 days of receipt can be returned. We will accept a return for credit, full refund, or a replacement of a different color, size or other item (as available) of equal or lesser value. The item must be returned unworn, unwashed, and with a copy of the receipt of purchase. 

To start the return process, just download this RETURN FORM and enclose it with the items you wish to return.  Ship all returns to:

Please make SURE the following is also included in the return package to ensure faster service:
1. Item(s) you are returning
2. Copy of original packing slip or invoice
3. Completed Return Form

Be sure to ship your return with a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance. The Sea Party cannot be responsible for lost or damaged products. All returned merchandise must be received by The Sea Party prior to receiving a refund or credit.

Credits On Returns
Once we receive your return shipment, please allow 3 – 5 business days for us to process your refund. Your bank or credit card company may take up to 10 additional business days to post the refund to your account.
